Pedal power for schools
LOCAL schools need to be aware that Sustrans is holding its 2012 ‘Big Pedal’ – the event for all who cycle or scoot to school – in March.
They need to get themselves registered so they can enter and win.
It’s a handicap virtual stage race around the British Isles. The handicap is so all schools, big and small, have as much chance as any other.
However the more pedalling, or scooting, the better and the more chance.
