Cheeky friend made my day

I had just gone A over T on a slippery pavement outside the Upton post office.

A kind friend helped me up, with the words: "You'll do owt to get a bit of attention!"

With my under-carriage bent but not broken, I have made a few heavier landings in Lancasters, but I rate those few words as near classic. Many thanks to the lady who made them – it made my day.
